Are you handy, reliable, and ready to put your skills to work? We’re hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartment homes for new residents!
Responsibilities:
• Complete make-ready turns to prepare vacant units for move-in
• Perform painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Replace fixtures, blinds, locks, and appliances as needed
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Ensure units meet quality standards and company expectations
• Report larger maintenance issues to supervisor
Qualifications:
• Previous apartment make ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
