The Business Analyst, Business Analytics is responsible for leading project-based and company led initiatives to support revenue generation and cost savings opportunities throughout the organization. Group serves as key “problem finders” for DCLI and collaborates with business leads to identify solutions and measure success. Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements, company standards, culture and business practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identifying specific business opportunities that lead to revenue generation or cost savings Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes Testing business processes and recommending improvements Transforming detailed company data into consumable decision points for leadership Creating new metrics and identifying anomalies when compared to historical trends Measuring success of projects and completed initiatives via KPI tracking Performing ad-hoc analysis as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Expert in Microsoft Excel and SQL Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Tableau Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort working with senior executives Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments Self-driven, motivated and mature Education/Experience In order to accomplish the essential duties of this position, the incumbent must have a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance or General Business.
