Role Overview The Business Systems Analyst I (BSA I) is an entry-level to early-career role designed to build a strong foundation in healthcare software, technology integrations, and agile product development. The BSA I supports senior analysts and product teams by documenting requirements, assisting with analysis, and learning the full software development lifecycle within a regulated healthcare environment.
