As a Business Development Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic marketing initiatives. You will work directly with our team to identify new business opportunities, support sales efforts, and help drive company growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Assist in lead generation, outreach, and nurturing prospective clients
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and outreach strategies
• Analyze sales activity and performance to identify areas for improvement
• Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Attend networking and industry events to increase brand visibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
• Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, and client relations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
