We are seeking an exceptional Senior Change Management Consultant to support a complex, transformation initiative within a large insurance organization. This is not a role for someone who needs a clearly defined playbook - it requires a seasoned practitioner who can bring clarity to ambiguity, earn trust with experienced leaders, and drive meaningful organizational change in a highly dynamic environment. This role requires someone who has sat on the client side - who understands what it feels like to be the leader navigating change, not just the consultant designing it.

Potential deliverables: Three (3) month engagement deliverables will be defined as part of Phase 1 of the engagement.
Compensation Disclosure
The base salary for this position is $100.00 per hour on a 1099 contract basis. This represents the base pay range that we reasonably expect to offer for this position.
Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, education, skillset, and location.
In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses, incentive pay, or commissions, which are not included in the listed base salary range.
