Across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, we help individuals, families, and communities rebuild their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care — and we're still growing.

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Brooklyn, MD clinical team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to shape clinical quality, develop counselors, and directly influence patient outcomes — with real authority to make it happen.

Schedule

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Mission that matters: Lead a team helping patients rebuild their lives and futures every day
  • Competitive pay: Base pay up to $90,000/year, plus comprehensive benefits — because your leadership deserves to be valued
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) and life insurance
  • We invest in you: Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, and paid professional development time
  • Real time off: Paid vacation
  • A supportive, collaborative culture — work alongside compassionate professionals who share your dedication
What You'll Do

As Clinical Manager, you'll own the daily administration and clinical quality of CCG's services, partnering closely with the Executive Director to drive both team performance and patient outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Partner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Conduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions that inspire growth and accountability
  • Build a supportive, high-performing culture where clinicians feel valued and connected to their purpose

Clinical Quality & Model Fidelity

  • Ensure adherence to CCG's evidence-based, harm-reduction, recovery-oriented care model
  • Coach staff in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care
  • Observe sessions and safeguard documentation to maintain clinical standards and compliance

Performance & Compliance

  • Own clinical KPIs — patient retention, program completion, outcomes, and length of stay
  • Ensure staff KPIs like direct care hours are consistently met
  • Partner with the compliance team to maintain CARF and state regulatory readiness

Patient & Program Excellence

  • Resolve patient concerns quickly and thoughtfully to maintain high satisfaction
  • Partner with the Executive Director and Medical Director to expand and improve programming
  • Provide direct clinical coverage and hands-on crisis support when needed, modeling best-in-class care

Collaboration & Community Impact

  • Partner with HR on smooth onboarding and offboarding
  • Lead organization-wide clinical trainings to elevate team skillsets
  • Build community partnerships that strengthen referral networks and visibility
What You Bring

  • Master's degree in behavioral health-related field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
  • At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a human services or behavioral health setting
  • LCADC, LCPC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD, and SUD Approved Supervisor status in Maryland
  • Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements
  • Skilled in providing group and individual counseling
  • Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills, including experience with electronic medical records
  • Engaging leader who promotes accountability and supports positive clinical outcomes
  • Solid understanding of addiction, treatment approaches, and community drug trends
  • Committed to ethical and professional counseling standards
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities

Direct Reports:

  • All clinical staff within the clinic or region
