Your New Role - Lead commercial construction projects in Louisville, KY from planning through completion
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and scheduling to meet deadlines
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
- Oversee job site activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues in the field
- Communicate updates with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and change orders
- Use construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog to track progress and documentation

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, renovations, and tenant build-outs
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms preferred
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites
