Position Summary
Forza is an industrial adhesives, sealants, and tapes manufacturer based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, currently in a high-growth phase. This role is central to accelerating that growth through scalable digital marketing systems, demand generation, and measurable pipeline contribution.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven B2B digital marketing role focused on building and scaling Forza’s digital growth engine. You will lead digital demand generation initiatives across email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, website optimization, marketing automation, and conversion funnels.
You will help architect the systems (tech stack), campaigns, analytics, and AI/automation capabilities necessary to significantly expand and scale Forza’s digital reach, improve conversion performance, and directly support aggressive sales growth objectives.
This is not a coordinator role. This role is for a builder, strategist, analyst, and executor who understands how to connect digital marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Own
- Build and execute integrated B2B digital demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, website, and retargeting activities and channels
- Develop and optimize scalable lead generation and conversion funnel strategies and tactics for both broad market outreach and targeted niche account campaigns
- Own digital campaign performance, optimization, and ROI tracking across all major channels
- Manage email marketing strategy and tactics including campaign calendars, automation workflows, segmentation, nurture sequences, and performance reporting
- Optimize LinkedIn growth initiatives including organic engagement, audience targeting, paid advertising, and lead conversion optimization
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, visitor identification, attribution tracking, and retargeting capabilities
- Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, content optimization, backlink growth, keyword development, domain authority improvement, and AI/LLM search optimization
- Build reporting dashboards and analytics systems that translate digital performance into actionable business insights
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve marketing-qualified lead (MQL) and sales-qualified lead (SQL) generation
- Help evaluate and implement a stronger tech stack including marketing automation, AI, and digital technology tools that improve scalability and efficiency
- Support campaign asset development in collaboration with Creative and Product teams
- Continuously test, optimize, and improve conversion performance across campaigns and digital touchpoints

What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B digital marketing experience with strong demand generation and lead funnel expertise
- Experience executing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer acquisition, attribution, and marketing analytics
- Experience with SEO strategy, technical optimization, and content-driven search growth
- Experience managing email marketing systems, nurture campaigns, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business impact
- Experience with paid digital advertising platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms
- Understanding of AI tools and emerging AI/LLM search optimization opportunities
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create conversion-focused messaging
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with high ownership and accountability

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms preferred
- Experience building and optimizing conversion-focused campaigns
- Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
- B2B marketing experience preferred
