This is a long term contract opportunity with an extension expected and CTH likely.

Job Description:

Core Responsibilities-

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile computing devices
• Perform electronic repairs, including soldering, component replacement, and board-level hot air rework
• Refurbish previously owned hardware to like-new condition
• Stage and configure devices based on customer-specific software and setup requirements
• Complete orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer deadlines
• 7-Step Repair Process, including final inspection and device cleaning before shipment
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and keep a clean, safe, organized workspace
• Communicate recurring or complex hardware/software issues to management and procurement
• Support special projects such as customer-specific builds, R&D, and quality control initiatives

Skills Needed-

• Experience using electronic testing equipment (multi-meters, hot air workstations, soldering irons)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience repairing computers, smartphones, or tablets (preferred)
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
