The senior executive will play a critical role in the company and is responsible for supporting
executive leadership, agents, and company operations, while simultaneously leading the strategic
rollout of Landmark Vacation Rentals into the Outer Banks market. This individual will work
closely with the CEO, Director of Marketing, Landmark Vacation Rentals leadership team,
agents, and clients, serving as a central point of coordination, execution, and local market
presence.

This is a high-impact, three-faceted role that sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and
client experience and is intentionally structured as a three-pronged responsibility, with clear
prioritization and expectations across each area.
The first portion of the role provides administrative and operational support to Landmark
Sotheby’s International Realty as a whole. Responsibilities include assisting agents with listings
and transactions, coordinating documentation and client communication, maintaining MLS
systems, conducting property research, supporting marketing initiatives, and serving as a
customer service liaison across both companies. This portion of the role requires precision,
responsiveness, strong organizational ability, and a commitment to excellence in execution
supporting agents across Coastal North Carolina.
Secondly, this role serves as the primary support for the local office and agents in the Outer
Banks market. This includes maintaining a polished, organized, and professional office
environment, coordinating meetings and events, managing logistics, supporting agent needs, and
ensuring the office operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This individual will act as the
central point of coordination locally, contributing to both agent productivity and overall office
culture.
Lastly, this role will lead the expansion of Landmark Vacation Rentals into the Outer Banks.
Landmark Vacation Rentals is already a highly successful, established, and rapidly growing business within our existing markets, and we are now executing a disciplined, high-end entry
into a new region. This individual will play a central role in that launch. This includes working
closely with Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty agents to identify and secure initial
vacation rental opportunities, prospecting and building relationships with homeowners, securing
key local vendor partners (cleaning, maintenance, linen, etc.) and helping to curate a small,
highly-intentional portfolio of luxury properties. The focus is not on volume, but on quality,
presentation, and performance. The goal is to introduce something meaningfully differentiated
from the existing market, defined by white-glove service, elevated marketing, and a refined
owner and guest experience.
This executive will collaborate directly with current Landmark Vacation Rentals leadership and
the broader Wilmington-based team to develop and execute a thoughtful rollout and launch
strategy. While they will be supported by a highly experienced and successful existing team, they
will serve as the on-the-ground leader and face of Landmark Vacation Rentals in the market,
ensuring consistency with brand standards and delivering a level of service that reflects the very
