MATHEMATICS – Faculty‑Mathematics Job Classification Faculty Full‑Time (75-100%) Position summary Tenure‑track faculty position in mathematics with teaching, scholarship, and service responsibilities beginning in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. Application materials Curriculum Vitae (CV) Cover Letter Teaching Philosophy (1‑2 pages) and evidence of teaching effectiveness Research agenda (1‑2 pages) including how you may include undergraduates Duties and responsibilities Carry regular faculty responsibilities related to teaching, scholarship, and service. Teach a broad range of undergraduate mathematics courses, including general education courses and upper‑level courses for math majors. Mentor students, supporting them academically and spiritually. Advise math majors. Maintain an active research agenda and engage undergraduate students in research. Contribute to the university dialogue in faculty meetings and on committees. Supervise graders and/or teaching assistants for courses. Technical competencies N/A Interpersonal interactions Must be competent in interacting with students in an advisory role. Ability to work collegially and professionally with students, staff, faculty, and administrators from a rich diversity of international, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds.
