Essential Functions: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Perform all production procedures including Loading/unloading trucks with case goods and production supplies via forklift, clamplift, or transporter Maintain production/Distribution areas (including dock areas) in a neat and orderly fashion Conduct daily inspection of equipment, filling out required forms Monitor the cleanliness of lifts and related equipment, and notify supervisors of any necessary repairs Responsible for understanding the Food Safety and Quality Management System (SQF) and related activities Assist with periodic inventories Supply production line(s) with glass, cartons and other supplies as needed Fill out daily bottling reports, special packaging reports, export reports and any miscellaneous reports as required Assist with production on bottling/packaging lines as needed Participate in miscellaneous production projects as required External suppliers – imports or domestic Verify seal is intact and seal number match incoming documents Perform 7 point inspection (imports only) – any evidence of contents discrepancy will be reported to Receiving Management Unloads the carriers vehicle, verifies the count, product, size, vintage, batch and unit configuration of the receiving paperwork. Ability to receive via tablet all internal finished goods receipts from internal suppliers. Uses a clamplift/forklift to transport finished goods to either of the Distribution input spurs going to the CTVL or WH-5 location Ability to move via tablet any type of WH-5 movement for replenishment, receiving or any other Ad-Hoc movement required. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 1 year of previous Forklift experience Familiar with the operation of forklifts, clamp lifts and transporters Punctuality and reliability essential Good communication and mathematical skills Mechanical aptitude Good observation and analytical skills Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions and take direction Ability to respond to frequently changing production pressures Ability to work effectively and cohesively within a production environment Working Conditions: Moderate to heavy physical work Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day) Must comply with all safety equipment requirements including ear plugs and safety glasses Exposure to various chemicals in production areas Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds Salary Range: $19.00 - $29.28 The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
