Whether working the evening or overnight shift, you'll help ensure the front desk operates smoothly while providing outstanding customer service, maintaining security, and supporting residents and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently while remaining calm and attentive in a variety of situations. Responsibilities * Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls * Monitor the front entrance and community activity * Assist the Executive Team with administrative tasks * Maintain visitor, incident, and communication logs * Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns * Follow established procedures during emergencies or unexpected situations * Perform routine administrative and clerical duties * Conduct scheduled security walk-throughs of the community
