Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our high-growth FinTech team and drive expansion within corporate finance departments and enterprise accounts. In this consultative role, you will engage directly with corporate finance executives—including CFOs, Controllers, and Heads of Procurement—to introduce our proprietary accounts payable analytics and audit recovery software. Your primary mission will be to show these decision-makers how our advanced forensic technology identifies duplicate vendor entries, pricing errors, and overlooked overpayments to effortlessly recover millions in lost capital. Responsibilities

  • Targeted Prospecting: Research and identify high-value prospects within asset management firms, hedge funds, and corporate finance departments to build a robust pipeline.

  • Executive Outreach: Conduct strategic outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) tailored to the unique portfolio risk, compliance, and data challenges faced by finance leaders.

  • Inbound Qualification: Promptly field and qualify incoming leads, assessing their current financial software infrastructure and urgency.

  • Discovery & Needs Assessment: Lead deep-dive discovery conversations with CFOs, COOs, and Portfolio Managers to uncover workflow bottlenecks and data analytics gaps.

  • Value Demonstration: Clearly articulate the software's ROI, presenting how its data processing, risk modeling, and reporting capabilities solve complex financial pain points.

  • Product Demos: Conduct high-impact virtual product demonstrations showcasing the platform's interface, analytics engine, and reporting features.

  • Pipeline Hand-off: Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions of highly qualified opportunities to the next stage of the sales cycle.

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach, notes, and pipeline stages within the CRM to ensure accurate data and sales forecasting.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on financial market trends, regulatory shifts, and competing FinTech platforms to speak with authority.
