Internship - Accounting / Finance (accepting applications for Summer 2026 internships) Location: Hackensack Compensation: This is an unpaid position | Part-Time Overview: This internship is designed for junior and senior students majoring in Accounting or Finance. The intern will assist with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, tracking and reporting cash and credit card usage, and completing special projects assigned by the Controller. The intern will also develop positive interpersonal skills, adhere to company policies, and deepen their understanding of their academic knowledge through practical application. This internship experience is available for junior and senior students pursuing the a major in Accounting or Finance. Responsibilities: Assist with the processing of invoices and reconciliations. Track, reconcile, record, and report petty cash, credit cards, and gift card usage. Assist with reporting state contracts as required by the State of NJ. Learn, understand, and assist with the disbursing of Flex Funds. Assist with the recording and reimbursement of monthly expense reports. Assist the Staff Accountant with completion of special projects as assigned by the Controller. Qualifications & Skills: Demonstrate a positive attitude and good human relations skills with supervisor, co-workers, and accounting department customers while completing aforementioned responsibilities. Intern will abide by company and state policies and regulations while completing aforementioned responsibilities.
