Leasing And Property Management Summer Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing and Property Management Summer Intern at our properties in Charlotte, NC! Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, responding to inquiries, and processing applications
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market
• Assist with property management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance requests and inspections
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in a related field such as real estate, business, or marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
