*What You'll Do* As a Loan Officer in training, you'll gain real-world experience while building a strong foundation in sales, finance, and client relationship management.
*Day-to-Day Responsibilities:*
* Train directly under top-performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
* Learn and apply proven sales techniques through hands-on coaching
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from warm leads
* Guide clients through loan options and the application process
* Use CRM and loan origination systems to track and manage clients
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
* Participate in team meetings, contests, and performance incentives
* Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment
*What We're Looking For* *Ideal Candidate:*
* No prior mortgage experience required - full training provided
* Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of sales, customer service, or commission-based experience
* Outgoing, competitive, and confident working with people
* Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
