Come gain hands‑on experience to propel forward your RN student journey and help you prepare to take on your first RN position. Work under the direct supervision of an experienced RN – some of the best around; nurses who truly care about enhancing the knowledge and success of our upcoming RN coworkers! Aspirus Health begins Registered Nurse Internships three times throughout the calendar year at ALL Aspirus hospital locations in northeastern Minnesota, northern and central Wisconsin and the Upper peninsula of Michigan. WHO QUALIFIES:

Students who have completed the equivalent of 3 years in a BSN program and/or completed 2 semesters of an ADN program, plus completed student nurse experience in a clinical setting at a minimum of 12 hours and completed a pharmacology course.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

1:1 experience working with a registered nurse Opportunities to enhance nursing skills Increase understanding of nursing processes Build critical thinking skills Hours: 10-week paid Internship, flexible, occasional status While this is an occasional position, there is potential to work up to a full time .9FTE role.
