Job Description

Personal Assistant / Family Office Associate

Single Family Office is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant / Family Office Associate to support the principals affiliated with a real estate investment firm. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day personal, administrative, and household operations, ensuring a high level of efficiency and organization across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple individuals
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Oversee operations across multiple residences, including vendor coordination
  • Manage household vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with bill pay
  • Coordinate appointments, reservations, and personal events
  • Handle correspondence and general administrative tasks
  • Support ad hoc personal and family office-related projects

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a personal assistant within a family office or private household environment
  • Exposure to real estate or property management is a plus
  • Experience supporting multiple individuals preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
