PLS support: Phone screening Initial plat check: legal, typos, dimensions Review ALTA documents as needed Assigning field work distribution and progress check Assigning work to subcontractors OFFICE: Update Job Database (Info Retriever) Update Subdivision Library Prepare Subdivision Certificate as needed Make sure all licenses are up to date Work with IT if needed - updates, issues with server, computers or printers Bookkeeping: Preparing & Sending Service Agreements for A Spiewak Preparing & Sending Service Agreements for AJ Surveying Preparing & Sending Invoices A/R A/P Collections Generating daily deposits Bookkeeping Entering Time Sheets for employees (bi-weekly) Monthly statements and reports - or as needed Calculating commissions for subcontractors (monthly) Reconciliation of AJ Surveying orders/payments (monthly) Job database update (weekly) Google Adds: Review of Add analysis - text, budgets, functionality Adding new pictures or ads when needed Website: Checking for broken links Updating text and old links Replacing old examples Adding/deleting service information You will be in complete control and manage staff of 2.
