The Cuyahoga County Board of Health (CCBH) is seeking a full‑time Public Health Nurse (PHN) to begin on or after April 6, 2026. This role provides high‑quality health services through clinical care, case management, health education, emergency response, and community outreach within Cuyahoga County. PHNs deliver assessments, screenings, vaccinations, counseling, and referrals in clinic, school, and home settings while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with public health standards. Responsibilities Health education, disease prevention, care coordination, and home visitation. Program focus areas may include Complex Medical Help, Clinic Services, and Newborn Home Visiting.
