This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to join a growing team of committed and dedicated professionals with a highly respected and established local staffing firm. Located Madison West.
Schedule : Weekdays 8am-5pm (hour lunch)
Pay: $21-24/hour *depending upon experience

Duties include:
Welcome job seekers and assist candidates through our application process
Administer pre-employment evaluations
Conduct reference checks and ensure that all pre-employment screenings and new hire documentation is completed
Perform administrative and front office duties
Answer and direct incoming calls
Create and maintain job postings on various online venues
Other administrative duties as directed by the team
Qualifications include:
Strong customer service skills and multi-tasking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to easily navigate systems and software applications
Reliable, dependable, and organized
Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Some college coursework preferred
If you have Spanish fluency a bonus.
This position requires a pre-employment background and reference checks - which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
