Position: Sr. Staff Accountant

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Hours: Full time – Non-Exempt

Location: Headquarters

Experience and Skills : Minimum of 2-year university degree in Accounting/Finance. Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point, and Company ERP systems. Excellent communicator, team player and self - starter.

The Sr. Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting in the preparation and recording of daily accounting functions of The Company, including executing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and assisting with financial reporting requirements as required.

Professionalism: Professionally support the efforts of all team members of The Company to help them succeed and meet the vision, mission and core values of The Company. Provide excellent image of The Company and its team to customers. Have a professional appearance and an outgoing personality.

Primary Responsibilities: Effectively and professionally assist with;

• The preparation and posting of sales invoices on a daily basis.
• Recording daily cash receipts.
• Maintaining files on all accounts receivable, update records as required and efficient collection thereof
• Vouchering accounts payable invoices.
• Maintaining orderly filing systems and customer/vendor records
• Assisting in the preparation of financial data and reports.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Financial Officer on projects as they arise
• Communicate with all departments and provide timely support to team members to maintain a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain excellent employee safety and morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment for all team members

Compensation is based on experience and education:

· Compensation: Competitive
