Job Description
SMT Operator
We’re looking for a detail-driven SMT Operator to run automated equipment that builds high-quality electronic circuit boards. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision, and working with cutting-edge technology, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and shut down SMT equipment (pick & place, stencil printers, reflow ovens)
Load components using BOMs and feeders
Inspect boards using microscopes or automated inspection systems (AOI)
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
Follow ESD and quality standards to ensure flawless builds
What You Bring
Ability to identify small electronic components (resistors, capacitors, etc.)
Comfortable using Windows-based systems and machine touchscreens
Experience using hand tools; minor solder touch-ups a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
