Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Audit material KITs received from parts department and report quantity and part number discrepancies
· Perform off-line material set up and feeder preparations as required for upcoming job orders
· Unload parts from machines after job completion and prepare material KITs for return to the parts department
· Assist in product changeover for the SMT line(s) and operation of SMT machines
· Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safe handling practice
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Experience working in an ISO 9001 electronics manufacturing environment preferred
· Familiarity with ESD practices and electronics manufacturing standards is a plus
· Ability to read and follow work instructions, set up sheets, and basic assembly drawings
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with excellent organizational and time management skills
· Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Basic computer skills in a Microsoft operating system environment
· High school diploma or equivalent
Working Condition:
· Manufacturing/production floor environment
· Requires standing for much of the shift
· Use of microscopes, magnifiers, and small tools daily
· Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
