Job Description - Assist with editing and revising a broad variety of professional documents such as content, articles, and other publications for the social media team.
- Utilize Asana to review tasks and Slack to respond to messages.
- Reviews graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO requirements are met.
- Edit content according to specifications for style, tone, and length, while also ensuring correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ensure social media content meets style, formatting, and general quality standards.
- Attend the monthly company meeting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- A team player with demonstrated experience working well with others.
- Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Behave professionally in manner and appearance.
- Ability to anticipate and critically think through problems.
- This role is best suited for individuals seeking a longer-term volunteer opportunity (12+ months preferred).
