As a Resource and Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting program participants, helping them build skills and confidence for the workforce. What You'll Do: - Build and maintain positive working relationships with youth participants, their families, and worksite supervisors to foster engagement and success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for youth and families regarding program questions, work experience details, and payroll inquiries.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as scheduled to stay aligned with program goals and updates.
- Support youth in understanding their work experience, provide guidance, and encourage professional growth throughout the program.
What You'll Bring: - An associate's degree or higher preferred; relevant experience working with children, students, or youth is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and database management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
- Valid transportation to travel between offices, partner sites, and community locations.
- A genuine passion for youth development and supporting community programs.
