Are you a highly motivated and personable professional with a passion for residential construction? Do you have a knack for building relationships and a track record of success in sales? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential construction market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Present and sell our residential construction services to homeowners, builders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to help us maintain a competitive edge.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience & Skillset:
    • Proven experience in residential construction sales is a must.
    • A strong understanding of the residential construction process.
    • Experience with a current client list is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Personality Traits:
    • Personable: You are a natural at building rapport and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life.
    • Willing to Learn: You are adaptable and open to new ideas, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
    • Brings Fresh Ideas: You are a creative thinker who can bring innovative strategies to the table.
  • Licensing/Certification:
    • An MHIC (Maryland Home Improvement Commission) license or certification is preferred.

  • Compensation: This is a base-plus-commission role with a total compensation target of $75,000 to $100,000 .
